Prepare the Chicken Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Cook the Burgers
- Heat olive oil in a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Assemble the Burgers
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, add the cooked chicken patty, lettuce, and tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
