Ingredients
  

Chicken Burger Mixture
  • 1 lb ground chicken preferably lean
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
Burger Assembly
  • 4 whole burger buns toasted
  • 1 cup lettuce for topping
  • 1 tomato sliced for topping
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise optional

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Cook the Burgers
  1. Heat olive oil in a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Assemble the Burgers
  1. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, add the cooked chicken patty, lettuce, and tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
