- Start by selecting a small pumpkin that stands about 5-6 inches tall. Carefully cut off the top of the pumpkin and scoop out the insides, discarding the 'guts.' Place the top back on to keep everything intact.
- Using a sharp knife, carve two triangle slits for eyes and a round hole for the mouth to give your pumpkin a barfing face.
- Fill the pumpkin with guacamole, allowing it to cascade out of the mouth onto a serving tray.
- Arrange tortilla chips around the pumpkin on the serving platter.
- Encourage guests to take pictures with the pumpkin before enjoying the guacamole.
