Prepare the Eyeballs
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 12 meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place a mozzarella circle on top of each meatball and press a black olive into the center to create the eyeball effect.
Cook the Eyeballs
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Cook the Spaghetti
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the spaghetti and return it to the pot. Add marinara sauce, dried basil, and oregano. Stir to combine and heat through.
Serve
- Plate the spaghetti and top with the eyeball meatballs. Serve immediately for a spooky presentation!
