Chicken Marinade
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup Buttermilk For marinating
  • 2 tablespoons Hot Sauce Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Creamy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Sandwich Assembly
  • 4 buns Burger Buns Toasted
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 medium Tomato Sliced
  • 1 medium Pickles Sliced

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and ensure they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Creamy Sauce
  1. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt until smooth. Set aside.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Assemble the Sandwich
  1. On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a piece of grilled chicken. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, pickles, and a generous amount of creamy sauce. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
