Ingredients
  

  • 4–6 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1.5 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives or parsley optional for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9x13” baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the greased baking dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken pieces.
  6. Cover the baking dish loosely with foil and bake for about 25–30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the top is golden brown.
