- Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes in the slow cooker.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir everything together.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
