Prepare the Ingredients
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Layer the Casserole
- In the slow cooker, layer half of the diced potatoes.
- Add half of the cooked ground beef on top of the potatoes.
- Pour half of the soup mixture over the beef.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the soup mixture.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, beef, soup mixture, and cheese.
Cook the Casserole
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
- Once cooked, serve hot and enjoy!
