Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 2 pounds baby potatoes halved
Soup Mix
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
Butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
Liquid
  • 1 cup water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, Lipton onion soup mix, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
Cooking
  1. Place the halved potatoes in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the butter and soup mix mixture over the potatoes.
  3. Add the water to the slow cooker.
  4. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until potatoes are tender.
