Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups shredded cooked chicken Use leftover rotisserie chicken for added flavor.
  • 2/3 cup diced dill pickles Finely chopped for even distribution.
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion Finely chopped.
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill

Method
 

  1. Gather all the ingredients: shredded cooked chicken, diced dill pickles, minced red onion, plain Greek yogurt, mayo, sweet pickle relish, fresh parsley, Dijon mustard, dried chives, and dried dill.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with the diced dill pickles and minced red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the plain Greek yogurt, mayo, sweet pickle relish, Dijon mustard, dried chives, and dried dill until smooth.
  4. Pour the creamy dressing over the chicken mixture and gently fold everything together until well combined.
  5. Sprinkle in the chopped fresh parsley and give everything one last gentle stir.
  6. Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve on croissants, toast, or crackers.
