Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small cabbage, shredded
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat for about 7 minutes.
  3. Add shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir until combined.
  4. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
  7. Let the dish rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
