  • 2 medium zucchini sliced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for sautéing
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and slice the zucchini, mushrooms, and onion.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the sliced onions to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they release their moisture.
  3. Stir in the zucchini and continue to sauté for 5-6 minutes until the zucchini is tender.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, and stir well.
  5. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to combine the flavors.
Serving
  1. Remove from heat and serve warm as a side dish.
