Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk room temperature
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 large egg
Flavorings
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt for topping

Method
 

Prepare the Muffin Batter
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the milk, olive oil, and egg. Mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
Bake the Muffins
  1. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  2. Sprinkle sea salt on top of each muffin.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
