Prepare the Muffin Batter
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, olive oil, and egg. Mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
Bake the Muffins
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top of each muffin.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
