  • 1 cup arugula washed and dried
Lemon Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced radishes, fennel, and arugula.
  2. Toss the ingredients gently to mix them evenly.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
