Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 ounces radiatore pasta
Creamy Sauce Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the radiatore pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Drain the pasta in a colander and set aside.
Prepare the Creamy Sauce
  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  3. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
