Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs preferably plain
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce canned or homemade
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce for added flavor
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Method
 

Prepare the Meatballs
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined, then form into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the Meatballs
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce.
  2. Heat over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
Combine and Serve
  1. Once meatballs are cooked, add them to the saucepan with the cranberry sauce.
  2. Stir to coat the meatballs in the sauce and serve warm.

Notes
