Combine Ingredients
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sriracha.
- Add the cooked noodles and sautéed vegetables to the bowl, tossing to combine with the sauce.
- Serve the noodles topped with the cooked potstickers, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
