Prepare Pistachio Cream
- In a food processor, blend the pistachios until finely ground.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the ground pistachios until well combined.
Prepare Coffee Mixture
- In a shallow dish, mix the brewed coffee with the coffee liqueur.
Assemble Tiramisu
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread half of the pistachio cream over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining pistachio cream.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
