Ingredients
  

Pork Chops
  • 4 pieces bone-in pork chops about 1 inch thick
Potatoes
  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes halved
Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix or homemade
Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and Pepper
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
Parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Halve the baby potatoes and set aside.
Cook the Pork Chops
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the pork chops and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
Cook the Potatoes
  1. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the halved potatoes and sprinkle with ranch seasoning. Stir to coat.
  3. Add a splash of water, cover, and cook for about 10-12 minutes until tender.
Make the Creamy Sauce
  1. Once the potatoes are tender, reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream.
  2. Return the pork chops to the skillet and let everything simmer together for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
