Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 can tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup black olives sliced
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and black olives.
  2. Toss the ingredients together until well mixed.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
