Ingredients
  

Chicken and Bacon
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts sliced into thin cutlets
  • 8 slices bacon cooked until crispy
Maple Glaze
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
Sliders
  • 8 slider buns mini brioche buns
  • 1 cup arugula for topping
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Method
 

Prepare the Maple Glaze
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Whisk until well blended.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the chicken cutlets with the maple glaze and grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. On each slider bun, place a grilled chicken cutlet, a slice of crispy bacon, a handful of arugula, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Drizzle with additional maple glaze if desired.
Serve
  1. Arrange the sliders on a serving platter and serve warm.
