Ingredients
  

Cucumber Base
  • 2 medium Cucumbers Sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
Spider Filling
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill Chopped
  • 8 small Black Olives Pitted and sliced
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp Chives Chopped, for decoration

Method
 

Prepare the Cucumber
  1. Slice the cucumbers into 1/2 inch rounds and place them on a serving platter.
Make the Filling
  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with chopped dill until well combined.
Assemble the Bites
  1. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice.
  2. Place two olive slices on top of each cucumber slice to resemble spider legs.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Sprinkle chopped chives over the assembled bites for decoration and serve immediately.
