Ingredients
  

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup banana peppers chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 lb turkey slices chopped
  • 1/4 lb turkey pepperoni chopped
  • 1/4 lb turkey chopped
  • 1/4 lb provolone cheese chopped
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp banana pepper juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Start by finely chopping the head of iceberg lettuce. This will be the base of your salad and provides that satisfying crunch. Next, thinly slice the red onion and chop the banana peppers and grape tomatoes.
  2. Now it’s time to chop up your turkey slices, turkey pepperoni, and regular turkey. You want everything to be bite-sized so that each forkful has a bit of everything! Don't forget to chop up the provolone cheese as well.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all your chopped vegetables, deli meats, and cheeses. Give it a gentle toss to mix everything together before adding the dressing.
  4. In a small bowl or jar, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, banana pepper juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt until smooth. Taste it and season with black pepper.
  5. Pour your homemade dressing over the salad mixture in the large bowl. Toss everything together until every piece is coated in that delicious dressing.
  6. Once tossed thoroughly, serve your Italian Grinder Salad immediately for optimal freshness.
