  • 8 slices salami thinly sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground
Optional Garnish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped chives, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assemble the Roll-Ups
  1. Lay out the salami slices on a clean cutting board.
  2. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of salami.
  3. Roll up each slice tightly and secure with a toothpick if needed.
Serve
  1. Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese if desired.
