Ingredients
  

Frittata Base
  • 8 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk whole or 2%
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Filling
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced potatoes and onions. Cook until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
Mix the Frittata Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Combine and Cook
  1. Add the crumbled bacon, cooked potatoes, onions, and cheese to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  2. Pour the mixture back into the skillet and cook on the stovetop for 5 minutes until the edges start to set.
  3. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the frittata is puffed and set.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
