Delicious mini sandwiches loaded with Italian meats, cheese, and a zesty pepperoncini spread, perfect for parties or game day.

Ingredients
  

Bread and Fillings
  • 12 count slider buns preferably soft and fluffy
  • 6 oz sliced salami or any preferred Italian deli meat
  • 6 oz sliced ham
  • 6 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 6 oz sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers chopped
Butter Mixture
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
 

Prepare the Sliders
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone cheese, and chopped pepperoncini on the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns over the fillings.
Bake the Sliders
  1. Brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture.
  2. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  4. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
