Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Toppings
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot honey or regular honey with red pepper flakes
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Bake the Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the marinated chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Add Toppings
  1. Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
  2. Drizzle hot honey over the feta and chicken.
  3. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the feta slightly.
Serve
  1. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
  2. Serve hot with your choice of sides.

Notes
