Adjust your oven rack to the middle position and preheat your broiler.
In a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, add butter and olive oil. Once melted, add minced garlic, followed by water, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and lemon juice. Stir and cook for about 30 seconds.
Carefully place your seasoned salmon filets skin-side down into the skillet. Cook for about three minutes, basting frequently with the sauce.
Transfer the salmon to your preheated broiler. Broil for about 5-6 minutes, basting once more during this time.
Remove your skillet from the oven carefully. Garnish with freshly minced parsley if desired and serve immediately with your choice of sides.
