Ingredients
  

Fudge Mixture
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips melted
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
Mouse Features
  • 8 small strawberries for tails
  • 16 pieces small round candies for eyes
  • 16 pieces slivered almonds for ears

Method
 

Prepare the Fudge
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for about 10 minutes until slightly firm.
Shape the Mice
  1. Once the fudge is firm, use your hands to shape small amounts of fudge into mouse bodies.
  2. Place a strawberry at one end of each fudge piece to serve as the tail.
  3. Attach two slivered almonds on top for ears and two small round candies for eyes.
Serve
  1. Dust the fudge mice with cocoa powder for a finishing touch.
  2. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
