Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Red Velvet Cake mix from Tasty Me
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 package Creme Fantasique mix from Tasty Me
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 g white fondant
  • 50 g colored fondant any color of choice
  • 20 g black fondant
  • to taste food-safe pens
  • to taste piping gel

Method
 

  1. Mix the Red Velvet Cake mix, butter, and eggs together until smooth.
  2. Fill the muffin tray with batter and bake until done, then cool on a wire rack.
  3. Prepare the topping by mixing the Creme Fantasique with milk until creamy, then transfer to a piping bag.
  4. Pipe the topping onto the cooled muffins.
  5. Knead white fondant and shape into small rounds for eyeballs, creating indentations for realism.
  6. Add color to the eyeballs using colored fondant and food-safe pens for detail.
  7. Assemble the cupcakes by scooping out a center for the eyeballs and using piping gel as 'blood'.
