Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
Vegetables
  • 2 medium bell peppers any color, diced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Spices
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
Oils
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Method
 

Cook the Turkey
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Break up the turkey with a spatula as it cooks.
Add Vegetables
  1. Add diced bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  2. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Season and Serve
  1. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
