Ingredients
  

Chicken and Broccoli
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 1.5 lbs
  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for grilling
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or fresh if available
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Steam the Broccoli
  1. While the chicken is grilling, steam the broccoli florets for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  2. Remove from heat and set aside.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Bowls
  1. Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
  2. In serving bowls, layer the steamed broccoli and sliced chicken.
  3. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the top.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
