  • 1/2 cup Fig jam store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup Pecans chopped, toasted
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Cheese
  1. Spread the goat cheese evenly on a cheese board or serving platter.
  2. Using a knife, create a slight indentation in the center of the cheese.
Add Fig Jam
  1. Spoon the fig jam into the indentation of the goat cheese.
Top with Pecans
  1. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the fig jam and goat cheese.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
