Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges and place them in a mixing bowl.
Season the Wedges
- Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potato wedges.
- Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat evenly.
Bake the Wedges
- Spread the seasoned sweet potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Serve warm as a side dish or snack.
