Ingredients
  

Sweet Potatoes
  • 4 medium sweet potatoes washed and cut into wedges
Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil for coating
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges and place them in a mixing bowl.
Season the Wedges
  1. Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potato wedges.
  2. Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat evenly.
Bake the Wedges
  1. Spread the seasoned sweet potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  2. Serve warm as a side dish or snack.
