Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
Seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional for spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Shrimp
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
Roast the Shrimp
  1. Spread the shrimp mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
  3. Roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
