Prepare the Marinade

- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Assemble the Skewers
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper and zucchini if using.
Grill the Skewers
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serve
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
