Ingredients
  

Steak Tips
  • 1 pound sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons butter divided
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
Cheesy Rigatoni
  • 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Rigatoni
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rigatoni and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta in a colander and set aside.
Cook the Steak Tips
  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak tips, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter until melted.
Make the Cheesy Sauce
  1. In the same pot used for the rigatoni, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat over medium heat until warm.
  2. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  3. Add the cooked rigatoni to the cheese sauce and stir to combine.
Serve
  1. Plate the cheesy rigatoni and top with the garlic butter steak tips.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes
