Ingredients
  

Tilapia
  • 4 fillets tilapia fresh or thawed
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Baking Dish
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with a little butter or cooking spray.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Prepare the Tilapia
  1. Place the tilapia fillets in the greased baking dish.
  2. Pour the garlic butter sauce evenly over the tilapia fillets.
Bake the Tilapia
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
