Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skinless
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Dish
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with a little butter or oil.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk until well combined.
Prepare the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in the greased baking dish.
  2. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  2. Garnish with additional parsley if desired and serve with lemon wedges.
