Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour Plus extra for dusting
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast About 2 1/4 teaspoons
  • 1 cup Warm water Around 110°F
  • 1 tbsp Sugar To activate yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For the dough
Garlic Butter Topping
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter Melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Salt To taste

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Shape and Bake
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll.
  3. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. While the rolls are baking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt in a bowl.
  6. Brush the garlic butter over the warm rolls immediately after baking.
