A refreshing and healthy treat made with yogurt and topped with fruits and nuts.

Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or flavored
Toppings
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts almonds or walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey optional for sweetness

Method
 

Prepare the Baking Sheet
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread Yogurt
  1. Spread the Greek yogurt evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Add Toppings
  1. Sprinkle mixed berries and chopped nuts evenly over the yogurt.
Drizzle Honey
  1. Drizzle honey over the toppings if desired.
Freeze
  1. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the yogurt is firm.
Break into Pieces
  1. Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and serve.
