Franks Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chicken (leftover, diced, cooked)
  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 stalk celery (diced)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine blue cheese dressing, sour cream, and cream cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix diced chicken, buffalo sauce, and garlic powder. Add half of this chicken mixture into the cream cheese mixture along with diced celery, green onions, and half of both shredded cheeses.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into an 8x8 baking dish. Top it off with the remaining chicken mixture and sprinkle with the leftover cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Bake for about 25 minutes or until heated through and golden brown on top.
