Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients: ground turkey, dried cranberries, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients together using your hands or a spatula, being careful not to over-mix.
  4. Incorporate the chicken broth and beaten eggs into the mixture and stir gently until fully combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into balls about one inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
