Mix all ingredients together using your hands or a spatula, being careful not to over-mix.
Incorporate the chicken broth and beaten eggs into the mixture and stir gently until fully combined.
Shape the mixture into balls about one inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
