Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup diced apples preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp
  • 1 cup diced pears Bartlett or Anjou are great choices
  • 1 cup sliced grapes red or green grapes
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds fresh or store-bought
  • 1 cup sliced oranges peeled and segmented
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional for added flavor

Method
 

Prepare the Fruits
  1. Wash and dice the apples and pears into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the grapes in half and segment the oranges.
  3. Combine all the prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat.
  2. Transfer the salad to a serving dish and enjoy immediately.
