Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats Old-fashioned oats work best.
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Creamy or crunchy, as per preference.
  • 1/4 cup honey Can substitute with maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips Optional, for added sweetness.
Toppings (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts Almonds or walnuts work well.
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes Unsweetened coconut flakes for garnish.

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips. Mix well until fully combined.
  2. If the mixture is too thick, add a little warm water to help combine.
Form the Cups
  1. Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  2. Press down firmly to ensure they hold their shape.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate the muffin tin for at least 30 minutes to allow the cups to set.
  2. Once set, remove from the tin and serve. Top with chopped nuts or coconut flakes if desired.
