Method
- Drain and rinse the black beans and set aside.
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot, then add the corn, Rotel tomatoes, and black beans on top.
- Add the ranch dressing mix, cumin, chili powder, and onion powder, then stir gently.
- Place the cream cheese on top of the ingredients in the crock pot without mixing.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the chili mixture.
- Stir everything together before serving.
