Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Pesto
  • 1/2 cup store-bought or homemade pesto
Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Season and Add Pesto
  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Spread the pesto evenly over the chicken breasts.
Bake the Chicken
  1. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pesto.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
