Pizza Base
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust pizza crust store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup fig jam store-bought or homemade
  • 4 oz goat cheese crumbled
  • 4 oz prosciutto sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme optional, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Pizza
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the fig jam evenly over the crust.
Add Toppings
  1. Crumble the goat cheese over the fig jam.
  2. Layer the prosciutto slices on top of the goat cheese.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh thyme if using.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before slicing.
