Combine the uncooked rice, chicken broth, olive oil, minced garlic, dried dill, oregano, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper in the baking dish.
Arrange the bite-sized pieces of chicken evenly over the rice mixture.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, and lemon juice. Pour this tzatziki mixture evenly over the chicken and rice.
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
Remove the foil and sprinkle feta cheese over the top, then return to the oven uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro before serving.
