Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, eggs, and milk. Whisk until fully blended.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
