Prepare the Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken strips and marinate for 15 minutes.

Prepare the Street Corn
- Grill the corn until charred, about 10 minutes. Let cool and remove kernels from the cob.
- In a bowl, mix grilled corn kernels with mayonnaise, cotija cheese, lime juice, cilantro, and chili powder.
Assemble the Rice Bowl
- In a bowl, layer cooked rice, black beans, grilled chicken, and street corn mixture.
- Top with cherry tomatoes and avocado slices. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
